STAGE I - Brief auditory hallucinations lasting less than thirty seconds - Brief visual hallucinations lasting less than thirty seconds - No retention of skills presented by ancestor - No change in speech pattern or primary language - Subject is aware of separation between their identity and the identity of their ancestor - This stage typically starts three or four days after initial exposure
STAGE II - Brief auditory hallucinations lasting less than one minute - Brief visual hallucinations lasting less than one minute - Some retention of skills presented by ancestor - Subject may start to recognize and understand language used by ancestor - Subject is aware of separation between their identity and the identity of their ancestor - This stage typically starts one week after initial exposure
STAGE III - Auditory hallucinations lasting less than five minutes - Visual hallucinations lasting less than five minutes - Full retention of basic skills presented by ancestor - Subject will recognize and understand language used by ancestor - Subject is aware of separation between their identity and the identity of their ancestor - This stage typically starts three weeks after initial exposure
STAGE IV - Auditory hallucinations lasting more than five minutes and interfere with subject’s judgment and actions - Visual hallucinations lasting more than five minutes and interfere with subject’s judgment and actions - Full retention of advanced skills presented by ancestor - Subject may begin to substitute first language with ancestor’s language, the subject is aware of this change and will correct the mistake - The identity of subject and the identity of the ancestor begin to merge, subject may mistake ancestor’s memories as their own, the subject will become aware of this mistake and correct it - This stage typically starts six to eight weeks after initial exposure
STAGE V - Auditory and visual hallucinations that last less than twenty minutes and completely disrupts subject’s cognitive functionality - Full retention of all skills presented by ancestor - Subject will speak in ancestor’s native language and will only noticed if it is addressed by another person - The identity of the subject and the identity of the ancestor will continue to merge, the subject will have difficulty distinguishing their memories from the memories of their ancestor - This stage typically starts three to four months after initial exposure
STAGE VI - Auditory and visual hallucinations that last longer than twenty minutes and completely disrupts subject’s cognitive functionality - Full retention of all skills presented by ancestor - Subject will speak in ancestor’s native language, subject also will exhibit loss of comprehension of their native language - The identity of the subject is overpowered by the identity of the ancestor, the subject will have great difficulty distinguishing their memories from the memories of their ancestor - This stage typically starts six to eight months after initial exposure
STAGE VII - Auditory and visual hallucinations that last several hours to several days and completely disrupts the subject’s cognitive functionality and perception of the world - Full retention of all skills presented by ancestor - Subject will speak in ancestor’s native language, subject will have lost comprehension of their native language - The identity of the subject is completely overpowered by the identity of the ancestor, the subject will not be able to distinguish their memories from the memories of their ancestor - This stage typically starts a year after initial exposure
